Evidence

Sitting here, in my Babygro, bored, I had a browse through Mum's i-phone photos

While I was in having my 'Op' guess what Mum was up to......

Well, you'll never guess...or even believe it ......but look.....
EVIDENCE !!!!

Doesn't that look like a water bowl to you ?

And that looks like a well loved and chewed stuffie !

Was that a shadow flashing past ?

NO !!!!
It was Nym (short for Nymeria for you Game of Thrones fans)
Mum was in the office fraternising with another doggie do !!!
Outrageous !

Its enough to make a Princess  shred  cry into a tissue
Boo Hoo !

(Note from Mum : Leah is so much better now after a few fraught days. Any ideas on how to keep a boisterous puppy from jumping up on the settee, bouncing around and generally being her usual energetic self? She can't go for a walk for a whole week, we were even told to keep her on a short lead in the garden ! She's going to go stir crazy - and so will we !!!)

Loves and licky kisses
Princess Leah

  3. (From Mom Kim to Mum) Hmmmmmmmm - the only solution (which I don' really like) that I can think of would be to have her in a crate part of the time at least.

  4. Leah darling once you are able there should be demerits issued for fraternizing with the enemy.

Dear me do I feel for you. When I went for Madi after her spaying the Vet said one thing...don't let her jump. I looked at him and said you do know she is cat right? About the only thing I can come up with is putting The Princess in the slammer. Does she have a carrier?

  8. it is a problem when you have a puppy who should be resting but just wants to play

  9. When we fostered pups who just went through their big puppy operations, Mama would put them in a "play pen" (just like a small human playpens)!

  10. 'Keep them quiet' is the Vet's revenge. It's not going to happen....no matter how you try! Good luck.

  11. Our mom turned the Couch AROUND FACING the WALL to keep Ernie from jumping on it after his Bobblectomy...
When he was healed up... she turned it back around... and he really never has jumped on it since... BaaaaaWaaaah.
We are glad that you are healing up well ... keep it up.

  12. We can't believe that your mum was actually cheating on you at such an important time in your life, Leah!
Maybe a stuffed Kong would keep you busy and quiet for awhile? We youngsters like to stay on the move, don't we!

  16. Your mum cheated on you!! That is terrible! She needs to give you many treats to make up for it! Mom said when me and Stanley had our doo-dad-chop - chop surgery that the worst part was keeping us from wrestling and running. Every time she wasn't looking we were playing like crazy!

  20. Puppies are going to be puppies and there is no reasoning with them just TRY to limit the jumping. Get her a rawhide to chew on that keeps me busy.

    Aroo to you,

  21. Wells, sounds like you gots some good advice on the jumpin'...nows about the CHEATING!!! Not right gurl! just not right!!! I say demand lots of extra treats and that your Moms take another bath to wash the ferrel doggie off of her!
Oh, and nice work on that tissue! ☺

  22. That's not fair, Princess!! Your Mom owes you icecream ..... BIG TIME!! As for not running around doing what Princess puppies do .... just go for it Princess. You know better than your Mom or your Dogter. I had to have the female operation done (don't tell anyone, aye?? but I had a special problem with my thingoes and they had to dig around right up inside me to find them so my op was just like yours) and after three days I was off and runnin'. Didn't do me any harm. Those stitches are awful tough. You can bite 'em out but long as you leave 'em alone they won't pop. My good friend Peter the Vet said he tells everyone to keep their pups quiet but he did whisper to me that it would be quite ok to run and jump. He said he just tells the peeps to keep us quiet cause that's what they want to hear. They are a bit weird about things like that, our peeps. He did tell me I wasn't to run after the drongo dog attack though so I didn't. I did spend a lot of time in my crate. It wasn't fun.
