Hope you all had a lovely Easter
I had a 'Cunning Plan' to avoid my dreaded bunny ears photoshoot.
If I pretended to have a grass seed in my ear
(you know the routine, shaking your head, tilting your head to one side and yelping it anyone even looked as though the were going to touch your ear)
then the Peeps would not dream of putting bunny ears on my head and as it was a bank holiday weekend the Vet wouldn't be open
Oh, and laying on the settee looking very sorry for myself helped as well
Never trust a Vet I say, 'cos ours opened on Saturday and the Peeps got me booked in at the crack of dawn!
This is the surgery Push-T-Cat
(Could someone tell Mum how you photograph a black Push-T-Cat in a dark corner without it looking like a black blob!)
Surgery Push-T-Cat has quite a reputation with us Dogs so this was as close as I was allowed to get!
Mrs Vet Lady said there was nothing in my ear, I was a FRAUD probably suffering from a bite or sting by my ear and after a bit of manipulation of my neck, checking out my 'Pawfect Spaniel ears' I was given the all clear
She also said I was the pawfect weight (I finks I luffs this Vet Lady!)
So yes....this did happen!!!!!
But don't worry, I've taken measures to make sure it doesn't happen again!
Bunny ears are pawfect on Bunnies, not on Princess who should only wear Tiaras!
Loves and licky kisses
Princess Leah
