I've been to the VET for my annual checkup and jabs
Uh oh, scary arms coming to get me Arghhhh….
They are really clever at my VET….
see this, its a 3-D printer….
And they've printed a Push-T-Cat
Hehe!!!
There was me thinking they finished
but no…there was worse to come...
Its,
WEIGH IN TIME
Not quite a Tubby, Tub, Tubs
butt, half rations on treats
Half a milky bone anyone???
The peeps thought I was doing really well on my half rations
until
They discovered me down the garden….
being fed TREATS by the mini peep next door
(turns out this has been a regular event, hehe!)
She calls for me …"Bow-Wow, Bow-Wow"
and wherever I am I rush out to see her,
She's my Bow-Wow Baby
Sending lots of luffs and hugs to
Chester, Ghostwriter and family over at
Dear sweet Joey went to the rainbow Bridge this weekend
We are all very sad and will miss him terribly
Loves and licky kisses
Princess Leah

A mini-peep that feeds you treats?
ReplyDeleteWow, Princess, I wish I had neighbour like that.
Toodle pip!
Bertie.
You did look scared at the vets. We all hate the vet place too. Glad that is over for you. And you have a wonderful mini person who gives you treats. That is great.
ReplyDeleteI would cling to my mom at the VET so she has to stand 2 feet away from me, while Daddy would hold me. Glad your visit was over! Whoever invented VET place eh? It's so cool you have your secret personal feeder staying just next door! But seems not to be helping with the waistline...BOL
ReplyDeleteBowie
Oh my little princess.
ReplyDeleteYou look so sweet and your are perfect the way you are.
I hate half rations and treats.
Kisses and hugs from your Casper.
BOW WOW, at least your vet visit is done...vets are da worst, are they not?
ReplyDeleteHari OM
ReplyDeleteCrikey your Snackliness, cheat-treats carry double the calories you know... hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
Gah the vet! Not our fave place in the world!
ReplyDeleteOh my you have a bow wow baby. Too too funny. I had to smile because Jake weighs 52 pounds
ReplyDeleteOMD, what a grreat way to evade treat rations! How lucky you are to have your own Bow Wow Baby.
ReplyDeleteThis is easy to fix Princess Leah! Find a veggie (or apple slices) you like - Toby loves baby carrots and raw green beans - and have the mini-peep bring you that! They are especially yummy when you're on half-rations for treats…we've been there and done that with Toby and it's harder on the peeps than on the dog ;)
ReplyDeleteoh how great that this mini peep was there... call me if you need an sos-parcel, so I can send you treats in a bottle :o)
ReplyDeleteOh Princess Leah, you are one sneaky girl! You have a bow-wow-baby giving you secret treats! BOL
ReplyDeletewow - you have your own snack food dispenser built right into the fence
ReplyDeleteWe think your perfect and the vet is wrong. We also are keeping Joeys family in our hearts today.

ReplyDeleteOh nose, diets are the worst - good thing you have your secret accomplice!

OMD OMD we did NOT know about Sweet Joey going to the bridge... WE are SOOOOOOO sorry. Run Free and Fast Joey Dog... in fields full of fun stuffs to chase and sniff. Thank you fur the fabulous memories you have left with us. We will Cherish them until we meet again, Joey.
ReplyDeleteOMD Princess Leah... you should have told the Dogtor to make a 3-D thingy of YOU and to check THAT out instead of the REAL you.
ReplyDeleteOMD OMD OMD the little one next door has been Dispensing TREATS to you?? OMD WHERE can we get one of THOSE fur the other side of OUR fence??? THAT is just Fabulous. Sorry the Snack Pawlice got Wind of this though... they are such Buzz Kills, aren't they?
Reduced rations are never a fun time!
ReplyDeleteThat is SOoooo funny...AND cool. You have a neighbor who is sneaking you treats. BOL. Great neighbor!! You are looking good and glad your annual checkup went well.
ReplyDeleteSmooches from pooches,
BabyRocketDog & Hootie
I'm glad to hear you are doing well. Oh, and I heard that now that I'm an only doggie, I'm going to be put on a diet too. Sheesh!
ReplyDeleteThank you for the condolences in the past couple days. We appreciate all the kind wishes and hugs and kisses. It's been really hard on us to lose our sweet Joey!
What kind of touchy feely place is that! At least they give treats
ReplyDeleteLily & Edward
Princess Leah, at least the vet visit is over! And you look perfect - don't listen to them when they talk about big tummies! Just keep findin ways to get those treats!
ReplyDeleteMini peeps with treats rock!!
Louis Dog Armstrong
You look perfect to us!
ReplyDeleteThat's so cool that you have a mini neighbor who gives you treats! My favorite neighbor is our Chinese next door neighbor -- but he's kind of afraid of me. They aren't used to dogs as pets. Other than him, I really like the neighbors from Argentina! She calls me all kinds of cool names in Spanish -- like Bella and stuff. Mom is careful not to use my full name around her. You know. 'Cuz of the Falklands and all.
Yours sincerely,
Margaret Thatcher
Our neighbor dog gets treat from the neighbor on the other side of them, he gets all excited if the lady is out in her yard.
ReplyDeletehugs
Mr Bailey, Hazel & Mabel
Sorry to hear your treats may be restricted. Phod hope that doesn't happen at the vet on Saturday!
ReplyDeleteWe have new kids next door and they feed us treats too. BUTT they came and asked our pawrents if the treats were ok. Last evening mom looked out the window and the kids were making me and Stanley sit for treats. Mom thought it looked cute. Take good care of those kids on the other side of the fence. They will be impawtent in case your pawrents cut you back!
ReplyDeleteYour Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
We sure wish we had a mini-peep living next door to us!
ReplyDeleteOh NO, Leah! Not only are you on half treat rations, but your secret treat giver has been discovered! And we think you may have had HEAVY dried mud on your slippers that made that scale LIE!
ReplyDeleteLeah, you really got busted with that mini-peep. Maybe you can still have secret rendevous once in a while. Of course, you still want your princess gowns to still fit! We are very sorry to hear about Joey. It is a sad time, for sure.
ReplyDeleteOMD what a good deal you have!! A little one slipping you treats through the fence!!! BOL BOL BOL!! DakotasDen
ReplyDeleteWe wish we had a neighbor to feed us treats through the fence. Too bad the jig is up on that though.
ReplyDeleteGlad you checkup went smoothly, P.L. Didn't sound to stressful - but that weigh-in is never fun. It usually involves mention of "less treats" and "diet". Ugg!
ReplyDelete-Love,
Sid.
