Ghostwriter has been on a train from St. Ives to London, and then rode the tube too! She says it seems like a long time ago now. She loved seeing your pictures.

  12. Hi Leah
What a lovely time you had in London town! I too loves loves loves to take BART and the Train. Only in CALI I have to be in a carrier to ride either. That takes some of the fun out of the trip. But I have gone to San Francisco once and Oakland twice on public transportation.

  16. Gail says the Thames was even browner in the olden days (i.e. when she lived in London).
    Toodle pip!
    Bertie.
PS There are advantages in having brown rivers. Like less likelihood of being dunked unceremoniously in the river at the end of the walk to clean off the mud.

  17. I wish I could take the train in the states. And we don't have a tube in Nati City. What a great way to travel. Some Starbucks in the States are offering drinks for dogs with no caffeine and other preservatives. Maybe I will get a puppicino sometime.
    Thanks for being a friend

  22. We think you are very brave to ride on a train. We're not sure we'd be able to do that. Congrats on your Trick or Treater trap, sounds like it's working. We only got one kid.
