Okay, we've got a busy day in the gardens so best you have a good breakfast
Yep, bacon buttie and puppicino should do it!
I had a long chat with the ducks and they told me all about the waterworks.
See a very clever peep designed the water so that it starts here...
with the ducks
Flows to here
over a viaduct
Into here ....
Look at the view!
Down the cascade to the BIG house
The cascade is pawfect for cooling your paws on a hot day
Every step has a different number or shaped rise
so the water sound different at each level
Clevers eh?
And then it comes out here at the Emperor Fountain
And what's really clevers is...
It's all done by GRAVITY!!!!
I can't recommend drinking the water though..
Look what it's done to the bunny rabbits
Scary!!!
Loves and licky kisses

ReplyDeleteOMCs that is the ultimate water fountain.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing these lovely pictures
Hugs madi your bfff
Your adventure sure is a beautiful one!
ReplyDeleteOh Goodness, Princess Leah, we sure hope you didn't drink any of that water. That bunny is scary, for sure. Thanks for those great pictures. We like those water steps. What fun. You all have a great day..
ReplyDeleteWow, water that flows from ducks to viaducts all using gravity?!? That is cool. Too bad the water isn't drinkable...you surely do not want to look like those emaciated, scary rabbits. Better drink from somewhere else, Princess Leah.

ReplyDeleteCrikey - you'd need another 87 bacon butties to beat up on THAT rabbit!!! What a fabulous water tour you gave us today your Dribblyness - it was beauteous. Hugs and wags, YAM-aunty xxx
oohhhh that waterway is so cool and the water over the steps must be magical .
ReplyDeleteVery pretty gardens it looks like a magical place
ReplyDeleteretro rover
oh that was interesting... and now I know why that thingy is called viaduck... because it's a bridge that you get the ducks without getting wet feet right? Techie stuff can be so easy, huh?
ReplyDeleteeasy rider
Amazing!
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful!!!!! I would really be scared to drink that water after seeing that bunny rabbit!!! YIKES
ReplyDelete~Higgins

ReplyDeleteDip and Elliot x

Dear Princess Leah,

Now that's a garden!
ReplyDeleteLily & Edward

Mr Bailey, Hazel & Mabel
That place looks so magical. It's hard to believe it's real. Even the rabbits look different than the ones I know.
ReplyDelete-Love,
Sid.
Lovely photos, and so interesting about the cascade steps. Gail say she never knew about the different noises etc, although she visited Chatsworth several times when she was a wee pup!
ReplyDeleteWhat a gorgeous place!
ReplyDeleteGosh, that looks so pretty!!!! You are so lucky live near such a beautiful place ...and lucky that had some bacon and puppucino
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful gardens, and OMD, that water is amazing!! It must have special powers to make that bunny grow so funny!!
ReplyDeleteSmileys!
Dory, Jakey, Arty & Bilbo
Obviously those bunnies are deformed! Do you like to go swimming?
ReplyDeleteYour Pals,
Murphy & Stanley
Yeah, you best not drink that water. We don't want a tall, skinny Princess. We'd love a bacon buttie.....we usually only get our kibble coated with the bacon grease....good, but not as good as a whole sandwich.
ReplyDeleteHey P.L.!
ReplyDeleteWow, what a cool place! Lucky duckies to have such a fascinating water system. Love how it is designed and I bet it was fun to listen to the water. Great pix of you getting a little slurp. Thanks for letting us see this with you! I was chuckling about the unusual bunnies! BOL
Grr and Woof,
Sarge, Police Commish
Oh I bet the sound of the water is musical and yet peaceful at the same time. The viaduct looks so lush. Now that Rabbit Sculpture just does not fit in with the all the noble buildings. The Rabbit has a wheel what the heck is it suppose to be doing?
ReplyDeleteThanks for being a friend
Sweet William The Scot
Wow that is really pretty! That via-a-duck thing is awesome...or so said mom. I think you're right though - stay away from drinking that water! Poor bunny!
ReplyDeleteI'd be in dat cascade all day!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful garden. That water feature is really cool.
ReplyDeleteThat is a very pretty place and it is sooooooo big!! What was that thing at the end. It was kind of scary.
ReplyDeleteZiggy Out!!
HO-LY CR@P! That bunny is frightening!! OMD those gardens are arooootiful and that water cascade...mom just loves it.
ReplyDeleteWally & Sammy
What the heck! The bunny turned out like that just from drinking the water?!?!?! YIKES!!!! Scary!
ReplyDeleteCammie!
