OMD, trapped away from your momma! The horror!!! I'm glad the nice taxi helped her out.
ReplyDeleteWE heard about heavy winds 90mph gust in the UK. OMCs we had no idea it was holding your mom hostage. Was it a n'easter or a hurricane or just a freak storm?
ReplyDeleteThank goodness Mum got home. MOLMOL
Made mom think of the time she was away for a weekend for a training conference. The first thing out of my sis's mouth was who will feed me. When mom got home sis asked mom if she knew Daddy could cook? Mom didn't have the heart to tell her Mom cooked it all Daddy warmed it purrfectly and on time.
Hugs madi your bfff

That was a close one sweet girl. Mom and I are going to try not to say all over again how adorable you look. See? We didn't.
ReplyDeleteDoris looks like she must have been angry about not getting the lead in her latest movie bid in heaven:) Glad Mom was able to catch a taxi. The Princess cannot possibly miss her dinner.

ReplyDeleteYour Pals,

Oh, whew! We're sure glad she made it home in time to make your dinner! Uh.. I mean we're glad she made it home safe and sound and all that kind of thing.
ReplyDeleteYours sincerely,
Margaret Thatcher
WOW! That was a close one. We're glad your mum made it home. Hope the taxi doesn't eat into your treat money.
ReplyDeleteWe watched that crazily-dressed guy on the rail journeys and he visited Luton. We saw a hat factory.
Mom always worried when the weather was real bad like it has been - what if she gets to work and then cannot get back home to us! But we don't have to worry about that anymore!
ReplyDeletehugs

We hope your mom eventually made it home safe. Good thing dinner service wasn't interrupted.
ReplyDeleteScary- nothing worse than dinner delays for Kilo the Pug. Food is his number one priority. He is not a fan of rain and storms either. Glad she was able to get home.
ReplyDeleteWhew! That was just a little to close for comfort...so glad dinner wasn't delayed!
ReplyDeleteI think that if the taxi hadn't worked out, she would have found another way - That's what Mum's do!! :-)
ReplyDeletePS: Glad she got home safely!!
How scary! I'm glad your mom was able to make it home safely. I commute to work and have worried about my car breaking down or something and not being able to make it home.
ReplyDeleteThank goodness your mom made it home, sounds like a crazy weather day!
ReplyDeleteThat's a perfect place to wait! Glad your mum got home OK!
