Monday Misfortune

Oh nose!!!!!!

Don't you just hate it when that happens...

You've just managed to extract a
TREAT
 out of the peeps

They throw it
and....

It goes straight under the table

And then...even worse...

The same peep just takes photos
instead of helping you retrieve your
TREAT!!!!!

Loves and licky kisses

  4. How rude of the flashy beast when you need help!

  5. That's when you plop your butt beside the table, look up pitifully at your peep, and whimper as pathetically as you can possibly manage. Works every time!

  6. That sure was rude of them to throw your treat under that table. We hope you got some help when they were done snapping pictures.

  7. I hate when that happens! I certainly hope your humans got the treat out for you. Remember, a doggie posing for photos, even if it's not an official photo shoot, is two yum yum doggie treats.

And now I'd like to ask you, my dearest Princess, if you're interested in meeting me in Paris for Valentines Day. (I just hope ghostwriter can figure out how to make a postcard and the computer doesn't crash.) I'm at Miss Jacquie's for a grooming today, so I won't be looking like a ragamuffin (as ghostwriter calls me.)

  8. Sometimes if I have a new bully stick I can retrieve my own lost treat.

  10. Oh Princess Leah, thanks for that wonderful laugh. But that is a horrible situation. We will be right over to retrieve that treat for you. Us kitties can get almost anywhere. Good luck to you.

  11. Oh No, Princess Leah! We often have the same issue!! The worst is that a treat goes under the fridge. Our human doesn't want to put her hand there! (Too dirty!)

  13. That's so right....peeps are odd. They should throw another treat and then move the table so you can discover the other treat. Makes sense to us. Pout Princess, pout.

  14. Princess Leah jumpin' catfish that is no way for a Princess to be treated. Anything for your royal mouth should be presented on a silver platter by your staff...not thrown...Just sayin'

  15. OMIPUG OMIPUG!!! Leah that happened to ME yesterday! Or maybe Saturday. Only instead of under the table, it went to the side of the china cabinet and between the table leaf and the cabinet. I could SEE it but without a snout, I could not get it. Mommy sat there crocheting (she'll sent your Mommy a pic) and laughing. I had to get really frustrated before she yanked herself up outta the chair and helped me. Just wrong, I say.

  16. That is abominable! Taking photos of you being tortured. But now you do have photographic proof to show the authorities! We hate that, too.

  17. OMD...Princess abuse for sure!!! We sure hope they eventually rescued your treat AND gave you another for all your hard work!

  18. As we read through your post, we wondered the same thing - why were the peeps making you work so hard for that treat? We say you deserve two more treats as a bonus!!!

  19. You didn't hear it from me ... but ... DESTROY THE TABLE!!!!!! Seriously. Your peeps will totally re-think the whole "watching you struggle to get your treat" thing.

  21. Yes, that happens here, treat goes under the stove, and instead of rescuing it Mom gets the camera as I try and snoot it out with my nose, wasting several moments of treat enjoyment time.
