A Wordy Wednesday

Today I'm doing a
PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT

(Wow, I must be almost grown up if I can do a WISE WORDS post)

First I need to introduce you to
TILLY
Isn't she adorable
(we haven't met in the furs yet butt I hope to very soon!)

Notice sumthingy though..
The bandaged paws perhaps?

Well sweet Tilly was out on her walkies
having great funs romping through the leaves in the park
when her Mum noticed her poor paw.....
Under the leaves was broken glass.....dirty broken glass
Poor Tilly had ripped her paws to pieces
and
the dirty glass made it really difficult to keep the infection down
and allow her to heal
SHE NEARLY LOST HER PAW!!!!!
Yes, its that serious.
So tell your peeps to watch out with those lovely crunchy leaves
They may be nice to crunch and bounce on
but beware of
What Lies Beneath!!!!

Gosh all that sensibleness has worn me out
I need a NAP!!!
(butt, don't furget to warn your peeps)

Loves and licky kisses
Princess Leah

  7. Oh no, poor Tilly. I always worry furry animals hiding in the leaves (who might be bite), but gosh glass is really terrifying. Hope Tilly will be OK.

  9. On no! Poor little Tilly! We're sending lots of prayers and POTP for her and her family. Thank you very much for your sage warning about the broken glass problem. We don't have any of that under the leaves in my yard. But there are a few land mines, if you know what I mean.

  11. That's good advice. There's lots of glass at the river. We can't understand why peeps who want to use the beach, have to leave broken bottles around. We think that may be how Roxy cut her paw. We are so happy Tilly didn't lose her paw.
