I'm getting the hang of these pub crawls.
This is the Leagate Inn, once it was right by the sea
and used by SMUGGLERS!!!!!
Now the sea is about 87 miles away,
that's a long way to carry your contraband!

ReplyDeleteYou live in the coolest town, Princess Leah! I've never been to a bar. Most don't allow pets, but I've read about a few dog-friendly places. I'll have to encourage my dad to take me to one sometime so I can also enjoy a pint!

When ghostwriter's sister married a Brit and moved to the UK, she always said every walk they went on had a pub as a destination. Sometimes they happened upon several pubs before they found their way home again!
ReplyDeleteHi hi hi! Ojo here! I like beer too! Yum!
ReplyDeleteYou are so lucky that not only do you get a quick lick of a pint now and then but you also get to go into the pub with your peeps. You'll never find that on this side of the pond.
ReplyDeletePierre always tries to drink our beer. We can't set them down or he will try to lick inside the bottle. BOL! BOL!
ReplyDeleteUsed by ... oh, ok! I thought you said "used by SNUGGLERS"! Smugglers makes more sense - unless maybe you've got a private booth near the back or something.
ReplyDeleteCammie!
Thank you for stopping by my blog earlier this week and following. I'm now following you back!
ReplyDeleteNo worries, your secret is safe with me. I remember sneaking drinks of my dad's beer too when I was a kid.
You sure are lucky to be able to visit so many places with your Mom!
