A Cunning Plan (Failed Again!)

Hope you all had a lovely Easter

I had a 'Cunning Plan' to avoid my dreaded bunny ears photoshoot.

If I pretended to have a grass seed in my ear
(you know the routine, shaking your head, tilting your head to one side and yelping it anyone even looked as though the were going to touch your ear)
then the Peeps would not dream of putting bunny ears on my head and as it was a bank holiday weekend the Vet wouldn't be open
Oh, and laying on the settee looking very sorry for myself helped as well

Never trust a Vet I say, 'cos ours opened on Saturday and the Peeps got me booked in at the crack of dawn!

This is the surgery Push-T-Cat
(Could someone tell Mum how you photograph a black Push-T-Cat in a dark corner without it looking like a black blob!)

Surgery Push-T-Cat has quite a reputation with us Dogs so this was as close as I was allowed to get!

Mrs Vet Lady said there was nothing in my ear, I was a FRAUD  probably suffering from a bite or sting by my ear and after a bit of manipulation of my neck, checking out my 'Pawfect Spaniel ears' I was given the all clear
She also said I was the pawfect weight (I finks I luffs this Vet Lady!)

So yes....this did happen!!!!!

But don't worry, I've taken measures to make sure it doesn't happen again!

Bunny ears are pawfect on Bunnies, not on Princess who should only wear Tiaras!

Loves and licky kisses
Princess Leah

  4. at least that bunny ears need no special treatment :o) grass seeds vs. floppy ears is a nightmare I agree, fortunately the grass seed ran away with fear as you visited the vet :o)

  5. Aw, Princess Leah...your plan failed miserably. But you do look oh so cute in those bunny ears (I hate to admit it). Now, if those bunny ears ALSO HAD A TIARA, they would be fit for a princess such as yourself.

  9. Well Princess what you need is like one hundred crazy grandmonsters running around your house, yelling and dropping eggs and it will make your momma so crazy and exhausted that she FORGETS to put easter ears on ya. Next time ask us ahead of time and we will send some over to your house.

  32. We cannot agree more Princess Leah...bunny ears are NOT for dogs! Mom has given up trying to get us to wear ears / antlers / anything that isn't already part of our bodies *BOL*, so now she just photoshops them on us.

PeeS: we're glad to hear you didn't have any real ear problems.
