Aunty Peggy's Burfday

I went to see Aunty Peggy (Mum's Mum) yesterday, for her Burfday.

She still lives near the Red Castle but in a Care Home.

Aunty Peggy is a little more settled now but very concerned about Sadie Push-T-Cat
But she needn't have worried, Sadie's being very well looked after by Uncle Neil

No animals are allowed in the home so while Mum was visiting
(and having cake I bet!)
Dad and I went up the Pub for a pie and pint.
I might have got a little dirty on my walkies to the pub but there was no call for this!!!

A dunk in the sink!!!!
So undignified for a Princess
And....
It looks like my zip has sprung a leak again!?!
Rats, that could mean another visit to Vetlady so I hope I can fix it really quick.

Loves and licky kisses
Princess Leah

  4. Happy Birthday to your Aunt Peggy. I'm glad Sadie can stay with your uncle, but I understand your aunt too that she missed her furkid.
Wow the sink? that's not the way to treat a Princess :o) Paws crossed that you get good news from the vet and all the best for that zip, hope nothing is wrong with it.

  5. Aren't you too young to be drinking in da pub?
Oh my.... your zipper is leaking? It's hard to find quality zippers now a days. So sorry you gotta go back to da dogster. Maybe she'll give you a treat when you are dar.... on second thought, you deserve like 87 treats to compensate for zipper malfunction.

  10. No pets allowed in the care home???? Pets are the best medicine for the little old people there. Joey dog and I have a huge fan club at the nursing home where Mom works. She has to show them our pictures on her cell phone every day and print out copies of The Daily Bone for them to read. They all line up to read it! The next time you visit, you march right in there and give everyone your loves and licky kisses! And tell them Chester's Mom, Registered Nurse, told you to!

  14. Can't believe that your zip's coming undone! Hope Dad shared a bit of pie with you since Auntie Peggy and you Mum were probably having all sorts of birthday fare.

And we're happy that Push T Cat did not have to come to your house to be cared for.

  19. Oh gurl, if you lived here, you would be allowed to visit! When Gma was in the Rehab, there was a Pug that would visit another lady every Saturday! Just walkin' like she owned the place! She was real sweet. I wish they would let you visit! Oh well, at least you got a pint!!! WooooHoooo!! Butts..a SINK bath???? Oh doggies! Not the Royal Treatment a Princess deserves!! I hopes you gave your Pops a good SHAKE while you were in there...hehehe
So sorry to hears about your zipper!! Geesh, what's with that?? I hopes they can find a way to keep it zipped for good. If you need a margarita, or a puppacino, let me know!
    Kisses,
    Ruby ♥

  20. I pray your Aunty Peggy can be happy in the Care Home. It is sad when one has to leave their pets with others and cannot have there companionship. But Sadie looks content. Now about going to the pub, are you old enough to drink. Your zip needs some adhesive glue.
    Thanks for being a friend
